First call to handover.
Seven steps, the same on every job. You will always know where your project stands and what comes next.

Initial Consultation
We talk through your goals, budget and timeline, by phone or in person. You leave with honest answers about what is realistic.

Site Assessment
We walk the lot and check soil, drainage, access and utilities. That visit shapes the foundation plan and the real budget.
- 03
Design and Planning
Plans, steel framing layouts and a line-item estimate come together. Nothing moves forward until you sign off on every page.
- 04
Permits and Approvals
We file with the city, county and any HOA and handle the back-and-forth. You do not stand in a single permit line.
- 05
Build Phase
Slab, steel frame, dry-in, then every trade through finishes. You get weekly photo updates and a direct line to your project manager.
- 06
Final Walkthrough
We walk every room with you and write down anything that is not right. Each item gets fixed before we call the job done.

Handover
Keys, warranties, manuals and final inspection records are yours. We check back after the first season to make sure all is well.
